CrisisGo's integration with ADP Workforce Now® is designed to automate the process of getting your employees into CrisisGo for user account creation and continuous user profile update. With this integration, you'll be able to easily add new hires to CrisisGo and deactivate terminated employees. We'll also pull pertinent employee info over to help you get the most out of the data you already have in ADP. Plus, single sign-on with ADP to CrisisGo console will make it easy for your administrators to get logged in the console!

Vaccination Management
Submit employee vaccination records with proof for verification. Monitor employee vaccination progress with ease. Access vaccination status and records through the CrisisGo app. Enhance the accuracy of contact tracing with vaccination records.
Self-Certification
Design and schedule daily pre-certification emails or SMS (optional). Employees receive an email/SMS to complete the COVID-19 symptoms report, or upload vaccination record or valid test result. Employees immediately receive the badge on the CrisisGo app (available on Android and iOS) or via email.
Testing Management
Testing Management helps organizations collect test results from unvaccinated/vaccinated employees based on schedule, assisting organizations in deciding workplace entry.
Entry Validation
Employees will be validated as they enter the building and defined areas. This validation can be completed by scanning the employee's CrisisGo app entry badge or other pre-determined employee ID badges. For example, a green badge will be assigned to people who have been fully vaccinated, with a valid test and/or self-certification. In the event that an employee does not have a badge, simply looking up the employee on a web browser will provide entry validation.
Risk Escalation
When there is a COVID-19 positive case reported through CrisisGo pre-visit certification, administrators can receive notification via alert or email.
Organization Data Monitoring
Easily monitor employee, staff, and visitor health statuses, flagging anyone who reports a positive COVID-19 test. These reports are escalated to Human Resources services to start the process of close contact listing of anyone exposed, for quick notification and action.
Close Contact Listing
Safety iPass synchronizes with ADP and utilizes the data from entry badge scanning and our scheduling module to accurately determine potential exposures of confirmed COVID-19 cases through close contact listing.
